The main objective of organizational modification is to inaugurate new pattern of thinking and behavior among the employees as well as in day to day operation. If the new design conflicts with the existing ones to develop resistance and if that resistance is more powerful than the change initiated then the process of organization change is bound to be a failure. Therefore, while planning a change, the organizational context must be taken in to attention along with external and internal factors.
